MALAYSIA TOUR 2008

Ah yes. actually 3 days after our birthday, we start our tour. hahaha funny isnt it? but its true. Thanks to Kenet and united front, we finally got to tour malaysia. it is supposed to be a malaysia/singapore tour. but somehow the singapore show got canceled. We start our tour at Kuala Lumpur. Bridging Ocean 4. But we didnt get the chance to play :( because the venue must be close at 8pm. But we did hang out with our cool friends. Yeah we had a great time. After KL we play our first show at JB, Pasir Gudang.
At Rookies steak house. We really owe Mr. Talib for his hospitality and his kindness, because he is running a one man show that day.He got to organize that show and at the same time he has to run his steak house. We also like to thanks Fadil and Fik because giving us a place to stay, Oh ya we are touring with our best friends RAYMOND,JOANNA, and HAFIZ, we had so much fun together. After that we went for our show at malacca, hell yeah the show was awesome. there this crazy guy running naked and do a circle pit. Even he doesnt get naked on out set, but heck uh, it is still amazing. it was the first time that we've ever seen a naked guy at a gig.
Touring was tiring, but it was damn fun, after malacca we took a bus to Manjung,Perak. We arrived kinda late coz the bus kept stopping to pick up stuff. Like WTF, it was supposed to be an express bus.hahahah. Thanks to PakcikXgee and the gang, they picked us up at the station and drove us to the venue. Ahhh forget to mention we didnt bring any merch during tour. hahaha. what a shitty band we are. Later that night Ejat and the taiping kids pick us and took us to taiping. Yeah taiping was the shizznit! AWESOME! GREAT! we dont know what to say. They treat us like kings. We really owe them especially ejat.
We didnt have a show that day so they took us for a swim at the waterfalls and took us for a ride around taiping and later that night we went ghost seeking. Yeah we saw ghost!
All of us! hahah serious shit man! we went to this cemetery,we parked the vehicle next to a temple. then we walked up the hill. On our left and right was tombstone, scary!
Everything was great during the tour. Again, we had so much fun.
On the last show we was very tired. But we think we gave a hell of show.

Awhhhh farewell sucks!
It was so sad, to say good bye. We missed all the friends we made during the tour, We missed A Better Hope Foundation. We missed Joanna,Raymond,Hafiz. We missed Ejat, and all the taiping kids. We really do.

First of all. We,back on track would like to thanks everybody for making the tour such a great time. It was an epic for back on track.Touring was great and its get even better with friends like you guys around.

About Us.

Yeah!!!
Finally, we have a blog! OK First of all, a little introduction of the band, we are from down south Malaysia from a little town called Kota Tinggi. Which we also call it HIGH CASTLE. HIGH CASTLE FUCKING HARDCORE! We play old school hardcore, with a twist of a modern touch such as heavy break beats.
We have Najib on vocals, syafiq and azam on guitars, Limbong on bass, and ampai on drums.
Back on track was formed Back in 2007,We've recorded a demo which consist of 4 songs. Along the way, we have made some changes to the line up. Previously, Syafiq was on vocals while Najib was on guitars which eventually they swap places due to changes in styles of our music. We've been playing numerous shows across malaysia and singapore.
And recently we've toured malaysia alongside with Californias' very own hardcore band A BETTER HOPE FOUNDATION.
ULTIMATELY, we sincerely appreciate those who have been supporting us along the way from our first show to our tours.Thank you so much for keeping us alive and kicking.
